Large scale illuminated rooftop signage installation on a residential tower in Dubai
National Bonds Jewels is a residential tower located in the Liwan community of Dubai forming part of a mid rise development with active residential occupancy. RIZQ Group was engaged to deliver rooftop Facade signage, involving the fabrication and installation of large scale illuminated letters to establish building identity and visibility within the surrounding urban environment.
The project was executed on an existing tenanted residential building, requiring careful planning to minimise disruption to residents and maintain safety standards.
All installation activities were carried out using cradle access, requiring over 20 repositioning cycles to complete the work. Managing large scale illuminated letters at rooftop level under these constraints required precise coordination, sequencing and execution control.
RIZQ Group successfully delivered and installed rooftop illuminated signage within the project timeline. The signage enhances building visibility and identity while maintaining high standards of installation quality and safety.
The project demonstrates capability in executing technically demanding installations on occupied buildings with controlled access conditions.
