In a significant partnership with Dubai Municipality, RIZQ Group spearheaded a large-scale signage revitalization project across a vast network of public parks in Dubai. With a project value approaching AED 1 Million, this initiative was designed to modernize the visual identity of Dubai’s community hubs, ensuring that the "Facade" of every park reflects the city's commitment to world-class public infrastructure.

Multi-Site Facade Signage: Large-scale primary entrance branding across numerous locations city-wide.
Identity Harmonization: Ensuring consistent brand application across diverse park environments.
High-Value Production: Fabrication of premium, weather-resistant signage elements built for longevity in public spaces.

Managing a project of this scale within the public sector introduced significant operational and safety complexities:

Inter-Departmental Coordination: Beyond standard municipal approvals, this project required close coordination with the Horticulture Department to ensure that heavy façade signage installations did not interfere with irrigation systems or sensitive landscaped environments.
The "Live Park" Safety Mandate: Installations were carried out in active public parks spaces filled with families, children and tourists. Strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols were followed under a zero-incident mandate, ensuring safety without restricting public access.
Complex Multi-Location Logistics: Executing the project across multiple sites simultaneously required advanced logistical planning, precise scheduling and seamless coordination of teams, materials and equipment.
