Project Challenges

Managing a project of this scale within the public sector introduced significant operational and safety complexities:
  • Inter-Departmental Coordination: Beyond standard municipal approvals, this project required close coordination with the Horticulture Department to ensure that heavy façade signage installations did not interfere with irrigation systems or sensitive landscaped environments.
  • The "Live Park" Safety Mandate: Installations were carried out in active public parks spaces filled with families, children and tourists. Strict Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols were followed under a zero-incident mandate, ensuring safety without restricting public access.
  • Complex Multi-Location Logistics: Executing the project across multiple sites simultaneously required advanced logistical planning, precise scheduling and seamless coordination of teams, materials and equipment.
team had to manage parallel fabrication schedules and installation teams to ensure a synchronized rollout across the city’s various districts.

Outcome

The project resulted in a total transformation of the overall look and feel of Dubai’s public parks. By successfully delivering on such a high-value, high-visibility government contract, RIZQ Group has reinforced its role as a key player in Dubai’s urban development. Our performance on this initiative has directly led to repeat engagements on even larger, more complex municipal projects.
