Project Overview

As one of the UAE s leading property developers, Deyaar Development PJSC required a bold, high-visibility branding solution for its corporate head office in Al Barsha, Dubai. RIZQ Group was commissioned to design, fabricate and install a series of premium Facade signs that would serve as a landmark branding element for the company.

Project Scope

External Facade Signage: Large scale branding installed on the buildings exterior for maximum visibility.
Structural Engineering: Designing secure mounting systems for heavy duty outdoor exposure.
Multi-Sign Deployment: Fabrication and installation across 4 key exterior locations.
Live Site Management: Executing the project without disrupting the daily operations of a busy corporate head office.

Project Challenges

Stringent Authority Approvals: Located in a prominent Al Barsha district, the project demanded rigorous coordination with local authorities. High-Pressure Corporate Environment: Working on a "live" head office meant zero tolerance for noise or access disruption during business hours.
