Project Scope

Project Challenges

The project was executed within a live heritage environment, requiring careful coordination to preserve the architectural and cultural integrity of the district. Material selection and finishes had to align with traditional aesthetics while meeting durability requirements.

Working across multiple zones within a restored historical setting required continuous coordination with stakeholders, along with managing installation within active public and tourism environments under tight timelines.

Outcome

RIZQ Group delivered a comprehensive wayfinding system across Al Shindagha, supporting visitor navigation through a large and complex heritage environment. The signage system integrates with the architectural character of the district while providing clear and structured navigation.

The project involved continuous coordination and refinement, particularly for entrance elements, reflecting the evolving nature of heritage and public realm developments.
