A precision external branding project for a high traffic hospitality landmark, optimized for maximum visibility within Dubai’s premier business district.

Project Overview

Located within the high-profile World Trade Centre (WTC) district, the Ibis Hotel serves as a key hospitality hub for international business travelers and event attendees. RIZQ Group was commissioned to design, fabricate and install a series of premium façade signs that would ensure the hotel stands out within this densely developed architectural corridor. The project required a branding solution that was both bold enough for long range visibility and refined enough to meet the district's stringent aesthetic standards.

Project Scope

External Façade Signage: Fabrication and installation of large scale, illuminated "Ibis Hotel" 3D branding on the building’s primary elevations.
Skyline Identity: Positioning of high level signage to ensure clear brand recognition from major arterial roads including Sheikh Zayed Road.
Precision Illumination: Integration of high efficiency LED systems to provide a consistent, vibrant glow that aligns with global brand guidelines.
Structural Engineering: Designing bespoke mounting frameworks to securely fix the signage to the building's specific architectural cladding.

Project Challenges

The Ibis WTC project presented a unique set of logistical and technical hurdles that required expert management:

High Traffic Business Hub: Operating within the World Trade Centre area meant working in one of Dubai’s busiest zones. RIZQ Group coordinated precise installation windows to ensure zero disruption to traffic flow or the high volume of pedestrians and guests attending nearby global conventions.
Stringent District Regulations: As a prominent site within the WTC campus, the project demanded rigorous coordination with local authorities. We managed the full permitting process, ensuring every technical detail from light intensity to structural safety met the highest urban planning standards.
Complex High Access Installation: Mounting large scale 3D elements on an existing façade required specialized high-access equipment and a highly skilled technical team to work safely and efficiently at significant heights.
