Project Overview

Situated in the heart of Dubai’s bustling healthcare and commercial hub, Mövenpick Hotel Oud Metha required a brand refresh that would maintain its prominent status in the city’s skyline. As a high traffic urban hotel, the branding needed to be sharp, sophisticated, and instantly recognizable to both motorists and pedestrians. RIZQ Group was commissioned to fabricate and install high specification façade signage that reflects the brand’s global reputation for Swiss excellence.

  • High-Level Sky Signage: Engineering and installation of large scale 3D illuminated branding at the building’s crown for maximum district wide visibility.
  • Façade Integration: Precision mounting of the iconic Mövenpick logo onto the building’s exterior, ensuring a seamless fit with the existing architectural features.
  • Advanced LED Illumination: Implementation of high efficiency LED modules to provide crisp, uniform lighting that stands out against the vibrant Dubai nightscape.
  • Precision Fabrication: Use of premium, weather resistant materials to ensure the signage maintains its finish despite Dubai’s intense heat and environmental exposure.

The Oud Metha project required meticulous planning to navigate the complexities of a long standing, active hotel environment:
  • High-Density Urban Logistics: Located in a congested area near major hospitals and schools, the installation required precision timed logistics. RIZQ Group managed the deployment of heavy lifting equipment and high access teams during off peak windows to avoid any traffic disruption in the Oud Metha district.
  • Live Guest Environment: Maintaining a "quiet site" was non-negotiable. Our installation teams operated with extreme discretion to ensure the guest experience remained undisturbed, coordinating every phase of the external work to respect the hotel’s daily operations and professional atmosphere.
  • Structural Retrofitting: Mounting modern, heavy duty signage onto an established façade required a thorough structural assessment. We designed custom internal reinforcement systems to ensure the new branding was securely anchored while maintaining the absolute integrity of the building’s exterior skin.
